At UpClosets of NOVA, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. We are proud to offer a Lifetime Structural Warranty to the original purchaser, covering any defects in design, construction, or materials. This warranty is our commitment to delivering long-lasting value and peace of mind.
Please note the following important details regarding our warranty:
What’s Covered:
Lifetime warranty applies to structural components for the original purchaser.
Moving parts such as glides and slides are covered for 5 years from the date of delivery.
What’s Not Covered:
Materials or finishes provided by the customer (Customer’s Own Material – COM).
Products that have been altered, misused, installed incorrectly, or used outside of our recommended guidelines.
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or damage during shipping.
Items used for rental purposes.
How It Works:
If a defect is identified during the warranty period, we will either repair or replace the product, based on our assessment. The final decision regarding warranty claims will be made by UpClosets of NOVA.
Returns & Shipping:
All freight charges for returns must be prepaid by the customer. If your claim is approved, we will gladly reimburse the shipping costs.
Please understand that this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product. UpClosets of NOVA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
